Booking for the mobile repairs service on the Timesaverz website and app is a simple 3 step flow wherein the customer is required to input the phone model, make and problem and an estimated cost gets generated automatically. Some of the services are geared to be attended at the customer’s home itself, a first in India, and for others, repaired handset will be delivered back within 24 hours.
The service is available for smartphones as well as tablets of all major brands and comes with a 15 day warranty. All parts replaced are genuine and the repaired device is packaged carefully to prevent any damage in transit.
Speaking about the launch, Mr. Lovnish Bhatia, Co-Founder mentioned, “Appliances repairs is the 2nd largest service category for Timesaverz after cleaning and within that mobile repairs was the missing link. While there are options available, what we were looking to crack is the service-at-home concept as mobile is a very personal device that most of the consumers are averse to leaving behind at service centres. After running a successful pilot for the last 2 months, we went ahead and launched it all across Mumbai.”
